When you need EHD?
In an organization's cycle there comes a time when the normal rhythm of its business is being disturbed by some maintenance processes.
You may need Expert Help Desk in the following situations:
- communication between agencies and local service units is not optimally managed
- SLA from the external service providers is lower than the terms of contract and is not being immediately measured
- service incidents are not appropriately documented, tracked and verified
- invoicing content is hard to be verified with the intervention papers
- it is difficult to get a list of assets which are in repairs
- there isn't an easy way of reporting the assigned costs from each cost center on repairs made in services.
Based on real customer’s problems and experiences, the Expert Help Desk is both an user support ticketing/ bug tracking system and also an asset management application with multi-tier user groups (call center, back office, external, etc.) that provides gradual access to various functions.
One thing in which we take pride in is the speed we use to implement requested changes to our software. Because we know that each client is unique, we offer the possibility of customizing all our products, in order to suit each business much better. We can also integrate Expert Help Desk with third party software (not only ticketing applications).

Expert Software SRL was born in 2003 as an IT&C company and since then we've been offering IT solutions, consulting services and customized software.
The software solutions which we develop allow customers to build and sustain a competitive advantage against other companies by managing information, simplifying critical and daily decision making.
We are specialized in developing web based business applications. Some of our work represents custom software development based on our clients' specific needs, but we also design and build general business applications that we offer as SAS (software as a service) or stand-alone solutions for the following purposes:
